Our Premium PLUS DIY Aluminium Scaffold Tower is built to an exceptionally high specification by one of Europe’s premier manufacturers of access equipment. It is supplied with single action “Twist & Lock” braces along with quick release platform clamps – making assembly both QUICK and EASY. The tower is available in four sizes and also comes with 4 wheels and outriggers (fixed outriggers with the 4m and 5m towers and telescopic outriggers on the 6m and 7m). You also have the option of upgrading to height adjustable wheels making the scaffold tower ideal for use on uneven ground! The tower height is the distance from the floor to the top of the tower. The working height is an approximate height in which the user can reach.

Unfortunately not. The adjustment on this would be too much, meaning you are unable to level the tower out properly. In addition to this, the stabiliser bars at the base are 1.2m wide, which is wider than most domestic staircases.

Yes you can, if you buy the leg height adjustment kit with it. This attaches to each leg of the tower giving you up to 200mm adjustment.

Yes you can. We keep a number of spare parts in stock available to buy. These aren’t available through the website so just give us a call and tell us what you need.

We do not recommend more than 1 person works on this tower at a time. The tower has a max weight rating of 150kg.

Yes. If you have bought the 4m or 5m model, we sell a 2m extension kit which can increase your tower up to a 6 or 7m working height, respectively. DIY towers cannot be extended beyond this.

No. Whilst the tower is being used with the wheels, all 4 outriggers must be fitted. If the tower has the stabiliser bars attached, instead of the wheels, the tower can be used without outriggers, up to the 5m working height.

All towers comprise of 2 or 3 ladder section frames which provide the best possible options for both tower stability and working over a variety of heights and therefore providing great flexibility. Braces fitted to outside of tower, allowing maximum working space on the platform. Wheels at base mean the tower can be used in a narrow access ? also the option to buy a height adjustment kit, so you can work on uneven ground.

Inferior alternatives

Some towers are built using smaller end frames which means more joins and therefore unwanted movement in use. Avoid these! Braces fitted on the inside of the frame work ? reducing the space you have to stand on the platform. Height adjustment not available.

We also provide top quality marine quality plywood platforms with a non-slip surface along with trapdoor access to ensure that you never have to work on the outside of the structure.
